4 Paws Pet Services has been in the pet care business before it even was a business!  Since 1996, 4 Paws Pet Services is still the number one choice for personalized pet care in the Greater Baltimore area.  Founder, Joy Freedman, Dog Trainer/ Behaviorist, has been featured on CNN, Baltimore Magazine, Baltimore Style magazine, several local TV and Radio programs, and was asked to work briefly with Cesar Milan in 2009. Joy has been a contributor for Baltimore Dog Magazine, Shore Dog Magazine and currently will be a featured writer in JMORE Living magazine. She has dedicated her life to working with Rescue, shelter, and misunderstood  dogs.

Our Services

Dog Walking

4 Paws Pet Services has served the dog walking/pet care needs of Roland Park, Ruxton, Towson, Mt. Washington, Pikesville and Lutherville areas for 20 years. We have an impeccable reputation and are bonded and insured. Professional and experienced care matters when it comes to your pets!

Dog Behavior/Training

Teaching basic behavior skills early, prepares your dog for a lifetime of training and learning. Since dogs live in the moment, they can be trained at any age! With 20 years of experience, Joy is a Dog Behaviorist, specializing in anxiety and aggressive/assertive behavior. In-home Private training along with small group classes are available.

Public Speaking

Over our 20 years in business we’ve given hundreds of seminars focusing on the importance of dog behavior and obedience. Joy is also an Adjunct Instructor at Anne Arundel Community College teaching Elements of Canine Behavior.
